    The Wander Dog Stairs was exactly what I was looking for for my aged retriever. She is too heavy to lift in and out of my SUV and I wanted something that was collapsible so that I could take it with me when I traveled with her. Everything is great about the product except for the directions. They do leave a little bit to be desired and there was some screwing in and screwing out because the directions were a little bit confusing. If the stairs were labeled it would make it easier as they have mounted in a certain order in order to fit. Additionally there are two different screw sizes and the directions don't notate that, therefore I had to take out one screw and use a different size so it would fit together properly. The directions for the handle were not easy either, and there was absolutely no extra strap material, so it barely fit the stairs. Otherwise, it is a great product!!!!
