Loading... Please wait...A soft window seat for your pup, that isn’t your lap!
Take a load off while driving – and put it in its own special seat. All too often we see those little pups riding in people’s laps; happy, head out the window, tail wagging with excitement. But this just in…mini Fido in your lap is not a safe way to drive.
Instead put them in their very own plush space, where they can enjoy a nice window view; while tethered to the seat of course. In the front or in the back, your pup is just a safe reach away. You can focus a little more energy on the road with a little less cute puppy distraction. Mini Fido can enjoy his seat, riding in complete and comfy luxury while smiling at the other drivers. This is definitely a win-win for all parties involved! See below for more cool features and benefits.

Hugo our maltese likes to see out of the windows this seat is FAB for this. Then he can just curl up and go to sleep. In the Kergo SkyBox seat he is a happy chap.

After having another brands, we got our first Kergo. We have since purchased another for a different vehicle. They are made well, and our 13 lb. dog feels comfortable and secure. Sometimes he watches out the window, other times he curls up and sleeps. From the ground, he makes two hops; and he's in his Kergo Seat waiting for me to snap his harness. He's a happy camper!

Chloe and I absolutely love this seat. She loves it because she has plenty of room and it allows her to see out of the car. I love it because it is quick and easy to install and it keeps her safe and secure. I have a two seater so if I'm driving someone I have to take the car seat out and toss it in the trunk. I can do that very quickly. My last car seat was so big and inflexible that I couldn't fit it in my trunk. This is collapsible and fits into my trunk without a problem.

This booster seat is good for small dogs as the depth discourages the dog from trying to jump out. This is our 2nd Kergo...they are superior to any previous brands we've had.

The Skybox Booster Seat was very similar to the first one I bought that is Black with Orange lining. This one had Corduroy Material which I am afraid is going to be too hot in the summer for my Long Hair Dachshund. The buckle for the harness was huge and very heavy for a 9 pound dog to have on him. The frame is thin and Pepper likes to rest his chin on it so it could be thicker. Overall though I found this to be the best carrier out there.

My little Sasha cries if she cannot see me when in the car so this seat fits perfectly in the front seat. Now she is HAPPY HAPPY. She can see Momma is still there. Thanks Sally and Sasha.

The Skybox Booster Seat is a great idea. My dog loves going for rides in it. I think this product would be even better if it had a few items added to it. 1. The top frame is very thin and hard. I'd prefer if it was made wider and padded all the way around,That wa; my dog would feel comfortable when she rest her head or paws on it when she stands up to get a better view. It would also lower the risk of dogs get hurt when suddenly pressing the the brakes. 2. I suggest that some seats could be made with a little net in front, so that dogs lying down could have the possibility of looking throught it.
These are just somethings I think about when using this product. The padded edges are definitely something I'm going to add myself.

Lola loves her seat. I preferred this seat over all others because it provided more room for her. Although she is small she is a Bichon; so long in the torso. I love all the pockets.
It sounds like Kurgo made adjustments but after 1 year of sitting in it the metal bracket, which initially was very difficult to put into the holder, now kept falling out of the bracket - so I glued it in. Hopefully that works.
As much as Lola loves sitting in her seat, she sometimes likes to stand on the edges. I added pieces of pipe insulation on the edges for her comfort.
Again, after a year, the inner lining, stretched and I often found it off one side. This doesn't impact functionality but cleanliness and beauty.
So I recently added velcro. There is a velcro in the front but I added some on the sides.
Because of my pipe insulation addition, while I was adding velco, I also added velcro to the pipe insulation to secure that also.
People love the skybox and ask me where to get them.
The really big issue I have with the seat is the leash. I find it too long and when I made is shorter it easily changes position. I got frustrated and left it long but curl it around the headset to my desired length.
No more stretching issue. And Lola will stay safe in her seat if an accident occurs.
Again from fur maman,
Julie
Love it, love it, love it. And Lola says thanks.
From a fur maman,
Julie

The Skybox Booster needs a bit more tweaking to rate higher with me and my dog. I first purchased a kurgo seat in June of 2009. That seat lasted until the u-shaped steel support brace started poking out and making it difficult for my dog to sit or lay in the seat. In January I purchased a new seat and it appears the steel support brace has been redesigned but now the harness tether does not work correctly and my dog can hardly move while tethered in the seat. If you don't mind doing a little engineering on your dog seat, this is a pretty good seat that is stable and adjusts to sit high for little dog to have a view.

This product is great, excellent quality. My little dog loves it. The only downside, had a little difficulty with the assembly. I would recommend it to everyone.
