For returns/exchanges you have purchased from one of our Vendor Retailer Stores please contact them directly for their return/exchange policy. Any exchanges not purchased directly from Kurgo will be returned to sender.

All returns must be in original condition and include packaging. To return any items purchased from www.Kurgo.com, please include a Return and Exchange Form and send it back to us at: Kurgo Products Attn: Returns 2D Fanaras Drive Salisbury, MA 01952 Please allow 5-7 business days to be refunded the original purchase price for your return, shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for returns will not be processed until product is received at Kurgo and will be processed in the original form of payment.
