The item was perfect! Just what I needed, so glad to get it in black to go with the interior. I had already purchased the black cover for the seat so Belle' La is all fixed up and ready to roll. Thanks for great products. On reading other comments, we have no problem when rolling the window up and down. It doesn't go all the way down though so maybe that's why it works so good.

Better than expected and stays in place in my Honda Civic. It comes with two door guards. My small/medium-size dogs put their feet on the window ledge when looking through the window of my new car and were starting to ruin the inside door interior with their claws and dirt, especially when trying to attack people and dogs walking by the car. (They're territorial of the car, but otherwise friendly.) I wish I knew about this product sooner and fortunately my covers didn't have a chemical smell.

When I open and close the door the rear most tab comes out so I am constantly putting it back in

Covers the area I need covered, but the plastic tabs that slide down by the window I think are too short for my chev. silverado. Covers come off every time I use my Truck. Would not recommend for a crew chevrolet,

As soon as we stop our Pug is right at the door scratching to get out. The door protector helps to protect the door. It fits in our car and our Jeep. Another positive things is it is multiple vehicle use. So worth the investment.

I've bought several products from you in the past and I've been pleased with the product and the price. The car door guards not so much. There is a chemical smell that smells really toxic and after airing them out in the garage for a week I can still smell them. They are easy to install and look like they would do the job but you can't open or close the window without them falling off. If you can get rid of the smell and keep the window in one position they work great.

installed on Pirus rear doors. Problems when closing windows guards keep falling off, other than that they do a great job of protecting the interior trim.

So glad we finally found these door guards. They work perfectly and keep our pooch's paws (and nails!) off the doors. They are very nicely made with quality craftsmanship. I had to play with them a bit to get them to insert down into the window, but they did fit. I slid them down at an angle and then straightened them. We will be ordering the backseat extender as well.

I already had the hammock, but my doors kept getting messed up by drool. I got these and they are the same high quality as the hammock and they fit well. The only thing that kept me from giving this 5 stars was the strong fumey odor that came from them for quite some time. I would suggest airing them out for several days before installing them in a car. Other than that, they're great!

I love my door guards & haven't had any issues with them - the person who complained & gave 2 stars probably could've thought a little to make their experience better. Since others have already said how honestly great the guards are, I'll just respond to the bad review:
If the plastic clips don't go in, simply shift the whole door guard to either side by a little (mine was about an inch) to put it in a spot where there isn't something blocking. One of my clips wouldn't fit, so I cut it to smaller & it only sits in the plastic trim - still works fine. I've had no issues with my factory tinted windows - after 6+ months of putting them up & down with my guards on, the only mess is dog drool.
There are pockets on the guards which can be used to weigh it down. Personally, I think it's common sense to do something to secure the flaps if there's going to be a 40 mph wind going through your vehicle. I actually put some $3 adhesive velcro on back of mine & stuck that to door panel carpeting, so no issues with it ever accidentally moving.
These are a fantastic product & a wonderful idea. They're saving the back of my car from dog drool & dirt!
